1) You are not allowed to reply in reports except if:
-You are the reporter and you want to give more information.
-You are the reported guy and you want to defend yourself.
-You have an extra evidence.
2) You are not allowed to reply in account transfers what so ever .
3) You are not allowed to reply in bug reports except if you want to give more information.
4) You are not allowed to reply in Ban Appeals.
