When an admin bans a player, he has to post the ban information here, using this format:
Notes:
1) If you ban a player due to a report, fill the evidence in with the link to the report.
2) While playing ingame/ on IRC, please have a recording software ready to take evidence when necessary (no players ingame for example).
3) When the player is unbanned, please reply "Unbanned" and lock the topic.
4) Do not reporting forum bans here.
5) The topic title should look like this:
PlayerX = The nickname of the player.
DD/MM/YYYY = The full date when the player got banned (without the time).
DD/MM/YYYY = The full date when the player will be unbanned (if permanent ban, put "Never").
ReasonX = The reason of ban.
TypeX = Ingame ban/ IRC ban.
Player's nickname:
Player's IP Address (if caught):
Ban type (Ingame/ IRC):
Admin's nickname (Ingame/IRC)
Date and Time:
Reason:
Evidence (if any):
Expiry date:
